I know Easter is about the resurrection of Christ but in our family it revolves around the Easter Bunny and brunch. I grew up in a non-Christian family so our current family traditions focus on all the things I heard other families did such as dying eggs, easter egg hunts and food. Apparently, none of my friends growing up went to church.
(Josh fell into a wall at a birthday party yesterday. The blood was not pretty but he is fine and may have a cool looking scar when he gets older.)
After the hunt, we headed over to see Cousin Alexa and have brunch. Zachy and Joshy were lucky enough to have the Easter Bunny visit them at Uncle Mikey and Aunt Heidi's too. The Easter Bunny was very generous...
Oh, Easter also means mimosas... that tradition I learned from Chris' family.
