This past weekend we took the boys to the JPL Open House.  We take for granted that this place is in our backyard.  The boys weren't as into it as we hoped but it was pretty cool to think of these things that are sent into space are made down the street.

The boys are here in front of a SMAP - basically a thing they will put in space to check the earth's moisture.
