So, to celebrate the Year of the Serpent we went on another hike. It was a successful trip and I'm hoping this will become a regular activity for our family... as long as we can squeeze the zoo in there from time to time. Chris and Josh turned around first but they took their time which allowed Josh to continue his creative streak of drawing mountains in the sand.
Zach and I barreled ahead to the waterfall. It really is amazing what we can do now that Zach is so independent... my mind is already spinning for an adventurous trip to Utah to hike the entire state.
This all happened AFTER Josh was able to drink his orange juice from his silly straw. No better way to start the day...
