We had a play date at Lacy Park and pretty much lost site of the kids as soon as we got there. Aside from needing food and water, they stayed away from us and actually told us to "go away!". It was a mixture of sadness and excitement. Sadness that they were growing up, yet excitement that they are growing up and I don't have to watch them like a hawk.
The older ones were also built-in sitters for the younger ones... it was really quite perfect. Moms were happy and kids were happy!
