Ugh! No One Works in this City!

For some reason, Zachy's school has no evening programs except for Back to School Night and Open House.  Today they had their first grade choral concert and lunch on the lawn.  Today, as in Friday... at 10:00 AM... at a time when most parents should be working.  I was super bummed to miss it because Zach got to have a speaking part but at least I was able to volunteer in his class yesterday and see the rehearsal.

I hate to sound bitter but when I return to work this year, I'm sad to think that I won't get to do anything for Josh unless I have a very flexible job.  Keep your fingers crossed that I find that perfect job!
