Missing the Zoo

If you follow this blog, you know how much we (um, Chris) love the Zoo.  It had been awhile so Chris... I mean the kids begged to go.  It was a nice outing but it made us realize how subconsciously Zach dominates our activities.  Josh was so into the animals, especially the reptiles.  We forget that he is at the perfect age while Zach has moved on some.  It was a good reminder to give this guy some space to make his own decisions without Zach being around:

Zach still had a good time... which then reminds us again that WE are the parents and that they need to listen to us because they may be pleasantly surprised.
