Cooking Class #2

We had another cooking class today with just Joshy and me.  First, we decided to bake cookies for some friends we are seeing tomorrow.  Then, I taught him how to make egg salad because he can't seem to get enough of it lately.  Lastly, we went into our garden and picked a ton of basil for some pesto.

 

Three items in one day was a bit much.  That doesn't even include whatever is for dinner.  I'm hoping his expectations won't be as ambitious as this one.
