Apricot Tart
Josh is obsessed with food. He saw a 3 minute educational short about making an apricot tart weeks ago and hasn't stopped bugging me to recreate what he learned. He saw it once and remembered all the steps on how to make it. So, with no recipe and only Josh's creativity, we made a tart.
I am not a fruit dessert person, but I have to say, it was pretty darn good.
