Thank You, Ina!

I used to love cooking.  It's not that I don't like it now but it's much more of a chore and often the commentary from the kids are humbling.  Tonight was an exception... Chris was out of town so I was tempted to keep it easy with leftovers but they begged me to make my version of the Lemon Fusili Pasta courtesy of Ina Garten.

It was worth it for their reaction...

Zach: This is so good!  Can I have thirds?
Josh: I don't like it... I LOVE it!
Zach: I could eat this all the time.
Josh: It's delicious and I love the creaminess of the sauce.  (This last commentary, I am sure, was a result of watching Chopped.)
