Memorial Day Weekend!

We had a great weekend relaxing up in Lake Arrowhead.  Even with work to do, it was nice to get away and at least be up in the mountains.  We discovered that Zach is totally Chris' son.  At one point, he was working on a puzzle while a nature show was playing in the background.  It may have been Chris' proudest moment as a father.

The boys had a lot of cousin time and it was nice for them to bond and just be together.

Their favorite time together is Party Bath!  I am not sure how much longer we can be doing this but for now, everyone is having a good time and it's not awkward for them... at least not yet.

The best part for the boys was meeting, learning and caring for Stu and Betty, David and Courtney's new puppies.  It was also the best for us because it kept the boys busy. 

 

My only fear is that they will now ask US for a dog... I will have to deal with that when we come to that junction.  All in all, it was fun to be in the sun with family and friends.  They wore themselves out each night.
